AMP Instrument Calibration

The Instrumentation Calibration Database

Our Windows based database overcomes the concerns and problems many of our clients have in managing their plants and equipment records.

It has been specifically designed to cater for the wide range of measuring equipment and now includes facilities to record analytical results.

Written in Microsoft Access, its heart is the reliable 32 bit Jet Engine relational database. You can therefore feel confident of CalWatch’s stability and ease of interface.

If you don’t already have Microsoft Access, we can supply the package with a standard alone, runtime version.

CalWatch can be customised to your particular needs, providing additional fields or functionality that you may require. In addition, reports and Calibration Certificates can be tailored to clients existing documentation, in many cases removing the need for modification of our clients own quality procedures.

  • Calibration Results Stores results, eliminating the need for paper records.
  • Calibration Calculations Provides selectable number of test points.
  • Calibration Certificates Produces Certificates and reports.
  • Fault History Displays faults throughout the life of equipment, helpful when comparing equipment performance.
  • Calibration History Retrieves past calibration results.
  • Equipment Configuration Provides instrument configuration backup.
  • Scheduler Determine when equipment requires calibration/testing.
  • Two Search Engines Retrieve items by site/area and then sub-search the results.
  • Meets Quality Standards Complies with requirements of BS EN ISO 9001:2000

Alarm Panels

Microprocessor controlled, multiple channel alarm panels, customised to clients requirements. With high intensity LED's Xenon strobe and 104dB sounder.

These panels provide four volt free inputs. When an input is activated the sounder and strobe are activated. A LED indicates which channel is in an alarm condition. Mute and test functions are provided. 32 user selectable tones with 3 volume levels.

The functionality can be changed via DIP switches to allow the LED's to remain on until they have been acknowledged. This provides an indications that an alarm has occurred, even in an unmanned situation.
